No Spitting!

I have just watched the itv news and it seems several councils across the country are set to ban spitting!
I realise its not nice and apart from that it's not a health risk but how on earth do you enforce that
Fining people for spitting apparently, that should keep the courts busy  

There's me thinking serious crimes were on the up

Apparently enforcement officers are going to issue on-the-spit fines.   

My question would be what are these officers enforcing at the moment.

Joking apart , its disgusting to see it happen , probably done by the same person that drops litter !!

My pavement peeves -

1) Dog Poo - fortunately see less these days but is still horrendous even in small amounts!
2) Spit -    gross, disgusting
3) Litter -  Carrier bags, Beer cans, McD's/KFC, Chewing gum - not particularly in that order.

Spitting fades into insignificance when you consider the vast number of cat ownewrs who are happy to let their "pets" ****e in neighbours gardens. If I get near enough to one ****ing in my garden I will be more than happy to kill it as my grandchidrens wellbeing is more important than peoples "pets" that they can't wait to get out of their door. The auto edited bits refer to my more explicit expression of pooing.
