I see that the BBC has set itself a target for Black, asian, and ethnic employees (so called BAME target). I'd be more impressed if they also included white working class (male or female) into a target category, particularly those in front of the camera.
And while I am on about the beeb, I see that Today's Evan Davies is replacing Paxman as presenter of Newsnight. Worst interviewer I have ever heard on the Today programme. Long rambling questions, that he then tries to answer himself, before allowing the interviewee in. And let's just say his visual appearance is more suited to radio rather than television.
