Looking at their Facebook page it would seem that  they only open through the winter, November  - April. Definitely going to pay a visit...

So, went back to The Saraphane on Friday with some friends of mine who had come over from Kas and Kalkan, they absolutely loved the place and couldn't believe there was somewhere like this in Fethiye which they didn't know about. They will definitely come back to Fethiye to visit this restaraunt ( and me, I hope ) again. I think that speaks volumes!

Again the fire was lit, the music was serene, the food was beautiful ( this time I had the quail, and would recommend it! ) and the service and wine exquisite. I actually still can't get over how reasonably priced the menu is, you really don't break the bank for a great night out.

The two girls had steak, one with pepper sauce, one with Mexican sauce I had quail and we shared a very nice bottle of wine. If I remember correctly ( as more wine was consumed elsewhere.....) we each paid 70 tl and this included a good tip!!!! So seriously well priced menu!

They were still talking about transportation, but just said to watch the Facebook feed!

Finally  made it to this place last Friday and was well impressed!  All four of us were in total agreement  that this was the best restraunt we've been to in Fethiye. Beautiful food wonderfully presented in fantastic  surroundings, what more could you ask for....

I'm really excited about this place! It looks amazing. Hopefully they'll open in the tourist season too next year. I'd definitely give it a try! 8)

A full page article/advertisement for the Saraphane appears in the current edition of the Land of Lights.

Fabulous place when we last went - in around 2007. Reading this I'm wondering why it's been so long.
