Again I am happy to give you good news.
1-Immigration Office Fethiye will not ask for notarized passport translation on residency renewals.
2-Immigration office will not ask notarised rental agreement on change of address process If you move in Fethiye. They will ask this if you move from other provinces like Marmaris or Dalaman.
