We've had many occasions when ours has gone wrong, been chopped by the JCB etc.
Have to say we've been very lucky and they've sorted it quickly.
Their customer service is generally very good on the phone, no endless being on hold and fobbed off ( arrrggghhh memories of Tiscali )
Once or twice they haven't been able to resolve over the phone, and Johns been down to their Fethiye office and seen a really helpful guy upstairs.
We signed up in May to a new 2 year package, much cheaper than our original deal, and when all is going well our speeds are around 5 which is fine for streaming tv etc.
I think were paying around 30tl plus phone line, and there was a couple of months free thrown in too.
100 free landline minutes included, which we never use.
We currently have completely unlimited as our previous 'unlimited ' was in fact capped, and after you use your 'allowance' they cut your speed down to useless.
When this happened to us we rang them and they upped our package for an initial 1tl a month more, but goes up significantly in year 2 if you stay on the higher package, so we need to reduce the package again in May to avoid a year of higher charges.
John will have to curb the amount of stupid American vampire series that he downloads.
If you're going to be streaming and downloading a lot go for the full unlimited, but realistically you'd have to be downloading an awful lot.
