Sensatori are Thomson's Resorts you have to book with them.  I look at the one in Tenerife, worked out at £4,000 for two people for 10 days.  Also, you have to pay extra for some of the restauants in these resorts.
Karen, you need to go to T.A. and read the review there.

I sent an Email to them asking if you can book to stay there without flights included as there is no option for room and AI only. The reply was from an auto service stating that my email is important to them and they should reply within 8 days. 4 days to go. :o

Good job you are getting such prompt service - imagine the wait if your email wasn't considered important to them!!

I am really at a loss to see why anyone would want to stay there?

Had a reply from thomson's and it confirms that you can not book to stay there unless it is done as a package including flights. So that means no one can stay there unless you are flown in by them.(Stupid or what) :o

I would stay not stupid... Thomson's know how to extract the last penny from Tourists and this is the best way to do it.
I think if I really wanted AI  I would go for a place already set up, which has been getting good feedback for years.  The Letoonia springs to mind.  Lovely setting and IMHO a much nicer location than the Sensatori, which seems to be having a lot of teethig problems.
