Well, given that they employ over 18,000 staff you shouldn't be too surprised that one of them had the time to put their tea and bickies to one side for a few seconds to answer you.  ;)

I may have mentioned this previously but I have a letter somewhere from Donald Dewar telling me the Scottish Parliament was going to cost £50m  excluding VAT ! >:(

How do people know what information they need unless they read the whole thing and if there are only 200 pages of information they need to know then why not produce a report 200 pages long... what a joke

When I used to do my coating inspection reports (they were fabulous, you'd have loved them), if I went into a third page people would wonder what was wrong with me. 49,814 pages would have been fairly impossible for a whole career.
