Routine Medical Examination

Can anyone reccommend a reliable medical examination centre that carries out routine testing similar to Bupa wellman scheme.
I heard of a well equipped place with a reliable doctor near tax office but can't put finger on the details.
Not interested in either Letoon or Esnaf dut to past experiences and can travel to Antalya Izmir etc if needed
