don't understand qwikcast, every day says partly cloudy, yet we,ve just come back from calis and didn't see a cloud all week. Has it reported it as clear all last week and now partly cloudy again?

42 today still partly cloudy!!! dread to think what it'll be like when you have a clear day !

Yes Twin Bee.Especially when its windy.I don't believe weather forecasts can be 100% accurate.
