Yep my daughter was in Ankara up until Wed but because of the water shortage they have gone to her Nan & Grandads house in Anamur.

When we we there in May we noticed that there was no snow on the surrounding mountains, that was the first time we have seen it like that in seven years, I guess this is the price you pay for such a mild winter.

Power cut yesterday and when it was turned on again Tedas blew up the tv,washing machine and modem. Luckily we are insured and Bekir at Eren Spot was brill at sorting out service engineers for TV and Washing machine. Tedas on way round with paperwork for our insurance company so my turkish neighbour tells me.All adds to the fun of living in Turkey and would I have got such quick service in England. But then would it have happened in England?

Trying to think what day it is! Ah yes Wednesday.

No water from 10am to 9pm Monday
No water on and off intermittent all day Tuesday
i know we had no water today but we were in Olu Deniz, got back at 7pm(ish) and just back on.

It is playing havoc with our water Tank, I can see that we are going to have to buy new ones at this rate!
