Can anyone tell me if there is a major international bank, or ATM in Calis such as HSBC or something similar please?

There is a HSBC ATM in Calis which dispenses Lira and English Pounds, the major banks are a few minutes ride on the Dolmus to Fethiye including HSBC

It's on the left hand side just after you cross the bridge to Calis sea front Laurence. Alan
