If you want a traditional Turkish night try the Yorik tents (not sure how you spell it) they have traditional music and dancing

Apparently Mekan at the end of Calis do great Turkish nights, Fridays and Saturdays.
Aroma on Friday night have a buffet and various entertainment acts

Tuesday night at the Beach House they have a Traditional Turkish Dance group along with a whirling dervish in the show.  Starts around 9:30 - 10:00pm. There is no belly dancer if that's what you are looking for.   This is a great night out.
They do have entertainment other nights of the week again usually starting around 10pm.
