We realised some complaints about Mancero on CBF sadly learnt that so we are very very sad for our guests who had a slow service,we think that an unluckiness.We invite everyone for a complimentary drink who left Mancero unhappy to be forgiven.
ALL OF YOU VERY PRECIOUS FOR MANCERO
and also should explain about our service by the way,We are an A LA CARTE Restaurant &Bar so drinks in 5, foods in 20munites will be served after ordered unless you demand quickly.
Plus will be asked if you enjoy your foods or not to rectify..Please ask recommendations from your waiter for the best for you.      Ray....

 Another well done.
  We have always had a great meals and love the really love the strong drinks.

Good for you, nice to see a Restaurant doing the right thing and addressing issues.  We will go back for another meal at your place now.  ;D

Well said Mancero, we have eaten there a few times previously and it has been good. If the food was not up to scratch i wouldnt be slow in telling them, so we will return.

Well done Mancero, though you do not have to say sorry to me and my family and friends, we've always had excellent service and fantastic food, that's why Mancero is always full , keep up the good work, see you soon.
