We were buying fruit in Koycegiz today and there were Bergamot on the stall. I have never seen one before, it looks like a very large bumpy skinned grapefruit, more elongated in shape though. Anyone know what you do with a Bergamot? :)

Bergamot flavoured black tea is very nice.

I wonder what Bergamot marmalade tastes like. I drink Earl Grey which has it in and enjoy that. It is a strange looking fruit.
-
Well, if you do make some Bergamot Marmalade, put a jar of it aside for me please. :)

He decimated the population of Midsomer when he moved there didn't he. Everyone was fine before he turned up detectiving all over the place.
