It is the main junction with traffic lights and roundabout at the end of the main 'strip' - where Josefs Bar etc are. With your back to the bridge head up away from the sea to the junction - that's the dolphinless roundabout

That's fantastic! Thanks for that; now I can chart my course to all the best places without ending up in Saklikent!

I was in Calis when the roundabout was removed the first time the international cycle race came through.The dolphins were left resting by the ATMs but the roundabout was never rebuilt.

Me too Jan - do you remember one of the cyclists went flying when he hit the stones that were loose?

I can't believe I would have allowed such an oversight of the opportunity

I can’t remember what year it was, but such an upheaval at the time for a race thats over and done with in a few minutes.It was a landmark for directions and was meant to be rebuilt, now we’re left with an ugly complicated junction to nowhere.

Ah yes jan deli, but great fun to sit at Huner Cafe with coffee and cake watching traffic, and pedestrians, trying to negotiate their way round it
