I Had Never Before Lived in ...
« on: March 24, 2015, 16:49:22 PM »
I had never before lived in a country with 0% inflation. But today's economic data suggests that is where I lived in February. Economic analysts say this is due to: (i) a fall in fuel and energy prices caused by the drop in the world price of oil and gas; (ii) the lowering of UK food prices in supermarkets due to the erosive effects of Lidl and Aldi in the mass market.

[Dave Cameron says it is due to the success of his Government's economic policies. Yes, well, there is an election in 48 days.]

Ed Balls described the event as a minor blip and vowed that should HE ever get his fingers back on the countries
finances he would get inflation back up to double figures in his first year and increase public borrowing by hundreds
of billions to pay for the "Schemes " Labour/ The Unions have got planned for the country.
