Right at the top of a mountain, you would not believe how cool it was up there,a welcome releif for me.The wife was gobsmacked at the fresh trout in the pond, until she seen somebody order one and cooked :(

That's a right rip off:(

Is the Yakapark basically lots of fountains and paths and restuarants? I quite fancied going to see it but not sure what to expect?
-
To be honest, visited it and wont be going back, not a lot there, the highlight of the trip was me getting thrown in pool and lo and behold mobile still in pocket, let it dry out in sun and approx 2 hrs later put back together and worked no problem.

Yakapark is a lovely restaurant in the mountains, it's beautiful to look at and so cool in the heat of the afternoon, the barbequed fish lunch is perfect. We live near Peterhead which is the white fish capital of Europe, but my son said it was the nicest fish he had tasted, and we are experts.
We don't judge a perfect place to visit by the price of the beer, but by the "feel good factor" and it is and always has been great. We would not miss our annual visits to Yakapark.
Incidentally best time to go is September when all the coach parties have finished.

Hi puma,i dont think you'd want to visit in winter ;) but i honestly dont know.

Hi Puma,
Just looked at a brochure we have but there is no indication how long they stay open during the year. There is a website www.Tlosyakapark.com and e-mail info@Tlosyakapark.com.
This may help
Jacqui.
