Today I executed a POA for a house sale and neither sellers had a YKN so how can we explain that?
Everything is so clear in Turkey....lol

I bet you have heard that phrase "Well that is the law but this is what we actually do".:D
Personally I think the most important law in Turkey is to get on well with your neighbours.
