Yesterday I phoned the Aydem electric to report fault with the connection in my outside electric box.Spoke to very nice lady who took my details and told me an engineer would be out that day but she couldn't give me a time.Prepared myself for a long day indoors with no electricity.To my surprise,and relief,the Aydem truck arrived within 25 mins and 2 minutes later all was fixed.Excellent customer service.
