Title: Mount Nemrut - West Terrace photos
Post by: nichola on October 29, 2017, 07:24:52 AM
Mount Nemrut is a unique historical site known for its statues of Greek and Persian Gods that sit atop a 7000 foot tall mountain in southeast Turkey. This monument was constructed in 62BC and while the heads are no longer attached to their bodies they are still an impressive sight to behold...

There are two terraces at Mount Nemrut - these are photos taken on the west terrace

Thanks Sadler, the first, second, fourth and eighth are my favourites (this was my favourite terrace of the two) but my absolute favourite is the first one   :)
