Title: Gunisik Changing Hands?

just heard from someone who has recently returned from Calis that the couple running the Gunisik, not Senay and Nuran, are packing up around the end of the month or so. Senay & Nuran are exploring the possibility of taking it over but are not 100% confident of achieving their goal: rent to be paid in dollars etc.
