We have recently received our bills from our management company for water and electricity. As this is the first bill we have received we were wondering if anyone can tell us what the average amounts other people pay. Our place is a three bedroom apartment. Its just so we can get an idea of what we should be paying. We have also been charged 18% VAT on everything on the bill i.e. maintenance charge electricity, water, transfers and maid is this the norm.
