I own an apartment on a small complex in Calis. There are 12 apartments around a small swimming pool and very little in the way of grass or plants. I was rather surprised to discover a note informing all the owners that the maintenance fees were £25 a month, for the whole of the year. No maintenance is being carried out for 6 months of the year. It seems rather steep to expect £3600 for such a small complex. What do others pay? I never signed any contract/agreement regarding maintenance. How does it work? Any advice would be welcome. Thanks.
