I sent some money over to Turkey in January (£300 sterling) via my bank in the UK. When I visited the bank this week, when I was eventually seen, the money had not reached my account. I had the letter from the TSB with me confirming all the details of where the money had been sent - exactly the same as the last time I successfully transferred money to Turkey. I couldn't get the lady in the bank to investigate further - I feel it is probably sitting in a "we received this money in but do not know where to allocate it to" account at Oyak. Should I get the TSB to investigate (my UK bank or try again with Oyak bank.
