most interest rate fluctuate in turkey nearly week by week as they do uk at moment, can be influenced by scale of investment. if you are only rely on one source of investment or revenue stream you are putting all of your eggs in one basket. never a good thing where ever you live.Many fixed income uk retiries in the euro zone are being squeested by pound value, gordon has hit the very people who had made provision for their retirement by hitting savers and helping spenders the very people who got into debt in the first place off topic slightly but weakening pound etc will effect pound /euro/ dollar and of course lira and interest rates. :)

Christygee....In todays world of rapidly changing rates to refer to a posting I made over 6 weeks previously is a bit pointless.

With UK interest rate drop to .5% council tax etc going up madly I think perhaps Turkey will be the best option. Got my uk council tax bill for 2009/2010 cost £215 p.c.m.for UK. -- plus everything else is just so much more expensive this year.
