Just been done to Finansbank Fethiye to open two accounts i had to sign 96 pages plus piece of paper 7 times Total 104 signatures what is going on over here ,is this normal or is because i lost my bank once now i have found my bank its only got £16.60 in it hardly worth walking up the bloody hill for give strength I'm going for a beer not efes.:-\:( 8) ;)

When we opened accounts at the garanti bank oh and I both had to sign 96 pages each and then some together

Have you tried opening a bank account in England recently? We were in over an hour opening a bank account for our latest grandchild. Not much difference in the procedure over here really.

Try Nationwide in the UK - 20 minutes to open an account and they dont charge to draw money over here.

If your a foreigner in the UK then opening a bank account can take up to 6 months. I guess we are lucky here that we can open an account within a few hours and only sign every page on a book.

I can confirm what banker says. Opened one with him 2 weeks ago and only 3 signatures required.
