Hi,
Can anyone tell me what the exchange rate is at the moment? Seems like it's changing regularly, we're getting ready to come over in a couple of weeks and trying to decide whether to bother with changing up any money or waiting til we get there to get a better rate, if I remember rightly last year it was a higher rate than in England & we were kicking ourselves for not waiting! Any advice would be appreciated.

We always seem to get a better rate in Calis than at home.

you also get a better rate at the banks in Fethiye than you do in the UK.

In some clothes shops, you can get 2.3ten!

Definitely better changing in Turkey. As far as I know, the rate does up and down by the same amount here and in Turkey.

Have just returned from Calis and the best rate we got was 2.30tl to £1, sometimes was less.
