hi there i have a turkish bank account that has a lira and also a sterling account is it wise to move money between both accounts dependant on exchange rate or should it be left in lira account 8)[?]

I certainly wouldn't do it at the moment, the fluctuation has to be much greater and quicker than it is now, remember you will lose your interest on your liras while waiting for the rate to go back up.
