Does anyone know if Nationwide's new free travel insurance if you maike their account your main one offers coverage for previous medical conditions?

Nationwide leaflet says you should call and if not covered they may offer cover for an extra premium.

I'm out of it anyhow as I dont use the account as a main account or pay all my direct debits from it. I now need too look for an account with no charges for withdrawls in Turkey. Any ideas welcome!

I have made several cash withdrawals in Sterling in Turkey from my Nationwide Flex Account since November and have not been charged anything.

Halifax cards can be used for sterling withdrawals at HSBC cash machines without any charges.

Hi Nichola they only charge for TL withdrawals 2% of whatever you draw in TL (thats the bank commision charge here) and Nationwide charge 1 pound per transaction. Sterling is as you say free to draw. For now anyway.
