Yes it is Ken. Also the boat yard looks like it might alleviate some of the flooding problems in Koca  :)

Guess that must be the Yankee spelling. Concise Oxford Dictionary, alleviate = diminish, make less burdensome  8)

Nothing happening with the boat yard area at all yet-still rural land & probably won't be changed for another 12 months until all land permissions etc have been finalised. May help with some of the flooding but the large lake area to the immediate right & forwards of the proposed dock area (as seen on the map)needs to be sorted before it is cured completely!
If anything starts to happen will put some photos on here
