I know that villa - if you went up the water park road heading away from the traffic lights, water park on your right, bit further Genpa on your left, not the next left turn after Genpa, the next left turn after that - and up that road maybe 50 metres. Not sure where the nature reserve is, probably mean the bird sanctuary.

Oh thanks Keith she will be taking her mum with her who is around 75 would you say it is an ok location for walking to the beach and stuff or do you think it is a little remote? I would hate them to book it up and be stuck at the villa all the time especially as it is going to be their first time in Calis on my recommendation! 8)

Not remote Karen, pretty good for getting to the prom. you can cross the main road and head down to the bird sanctuary area and follow along that all the way to the water taxi kiosk at the bridge. All block paved.

Not bad H but 1 road below and nearer the main road/sea. Roughly above the letter m in the word 'image' which is below and left of your marker  :)
