Jim - there used to be a thread, from 2007 I think and resurrected in 2011, which I enjoyed entitled "Where we live" and which showed how beautiful the UK is. I thought about posting the picure there. Anyway here's another to illustrate the point (again taken by a friend of mine $:-\$ )
