Got this email today directly from the Calis Beach Forum.
Now, it sound like it could be from Jack Sparrow:D, but I have no idea[?]
Incidentally, I have removed the senders email address.

Not in this case. It was a genuine email. I don't think that neither Jacqui or I need say who send it.
