This is  the way for kids to learn about the water and the fun of swimming.  My Granddaughter has no fear and she is not three until next month.  ;) ;D
She also loves to relax with a "small" plece of water melon after a swim.  8)

My grandaughter started private lessons at 4 months old straight after her injections still goes every week at 3 years old now, mum does not get in the pool anymore she just jumps in swims a length under water is great for kids to learn early, she turned her nose up at the water melon though, lovely pics.

Lovely photos. It's great to see kids enjoying the pool. Ours lived in it. Strangely, ours went to swimming improver lessons at our local leisure centre and we were surprised to find that they were great at retreiving things from the bottom of the pool, treading water - everything you'd expect. Apart from the fact that they couldn't swim a length - as they'd never done anything as far  :)

I took my daughter when she was 4 months old to swimming lessons in the pool at Glenrothes, within a couple of months she was swimming around on her own and at that time her Grandparents where allowed to watch and take photographs.
My Granddaughter has also been for lessons since she was tiny and loves the water.  It think it's great for kids to get that confidence when they are young.

my 6 year old grandson was here last year and loves swimming also. In pools he has no problems without floats but this was his first time in the sea so was a bit unsure, but after he got the long float he loved the waves. The 4 year old however was a bit too daunted by the size of the ocean and wouldnt even paddle  :) . I was so pleased I brought my underwater housing for my camera  :)
