Capsulotomy (YAG) - minor cataract surgery
« on: July 14, 2014, 17:11:18 PM »
This is a long shot but I'm getting desperate! I've been waiting six months for this minor surgery that in five minutes or so will restore vision in my right eye! My vision is clouded with a milky film and extremely frustrating that I've had to wait so long with no sign of an appointment from my local hospital on the horizon.

Has anyone had this operation done in the Fethiye or Calis area or somewhere else in Turkey? Your experiences and an idea of the cost will be much appreciated  8)

I had  cataract surgery last year at the Esnaf 1100tl per eye 15 min procedure, I now have excellent distance vision but have to wear reading glasses, the surgeon did tell me this would be the case.  He speaks excellent English.
