I too had concerns for our booking(Aug 2009 for travel May 2010)we made with kthy. We have still not received acknowledgement for the two e-mails sent last month to their onlinehelp line.So unsure whether to just arrive and complete info at airport.[?]as suggested by davidzz.

We were told about this when we booked August flights to Turkey a couple of months ago. Its only the info you give the Travel Agent so its no big deal.

Lets see. I am off to Barcelona on Turkish airlines next week. Reservation done a month or 2 ago but no API given or requested. This maybe something the charter airlines are doing but the main ones are still not doing it.

We will be out in May on TK from Qatar and have not been reqested to fill in an API, however our son , flying Thompson to join us, has been told to do it ?

Just received this from Aegean today. It covers our outward flight changed to Pegasus and our return flight still with Onur Air.

Just submitted our details on the Aegean site for a June flight.
You get on screen confirmation that the information has been recorded followed by an e mail with a full booking confirmation.

One slight shock on the booking confirmation was that the two seats we paid £367 for last year is now £844.
Fortunately the breakdown show us receiving a big discount.
So glad I booked early.

haVE just been in contact with cyprus turkish airlines (kthy)... and they have informed me that the Advance passenger info is for CHARTER flights ONLY..... so if you are flying with KTHY, then this information is NOT needed..!
