Does anyone know what happened to the Harman heard reports its been demolished?

Slightly off topic but still in the vicinity, i'd like to see the wasteland demolished near the tennis courts/Ceren hotel. Such a shame it's been left to overgrow for many years.
It would be nice to have well kept green space there.

Area has gone, they were just finishing the demolition this week, think the site is going to be used for housing. No progress at all on Bambu site

Harman going to be Villa complex,Area will be apartment complex ,Bambu will be apartments eventually.

Is the Area Hotel that's been demolished the one on the front as don't know another one of the same name in Calis? Only asking as the Area on the front is still coming up to book on all the holiday websites. Thanks

No, not the one on the front - its the big Area hotel on the main road that's been closed for years that is being demolished.
