Opinions please....
-
Didn't see it, I imagine it was a load of overscripted, unfunny, crude rubbish.
-
Can't abide Mrs Brown's Boys, so didn't even consider watching it
-
Not funny, just the same old thing over and over and with lots of swearing. Did not watch it.
-
How do you know what it was like then :)
-
Reminds me of Mary Whitehouse. ;)
-
I watched it and thought it was very funny.

Because I watched it when it first started, as I think you did and after a few episodes decided it was all the same stuff every week. I will not be watching again. ;)
-
Jacqui - it's a different show :)
-
And could have been quite different to the other one, I didn't watch it though, we were out ;D
-
It was an entirely different show/format and very funny indeed. Cameo appearances from Pamela Aderson, Judy Murray and her Mother, James Blunt, a Louis Walsh sketch in Madam Tousauds. I really enjoyed it.
-
Me too Toky - I suppose iot depends greatly on what you want out of it.
For me it provided a few laughs at a time when I sorely need them. ;)
-
We recorded it so will give it a whirl. I never write a show off until I've seen it myself.
Now, Benidorm :(
-
Must admit as soon as Mrs Brown is mentioned I go and watch some paint dry!!

Me too, saw a trailer for it today and seems they have celebrity guests, all sitting in Mrs Brown's kitchen, where she speaks to them. Not the usual format, as they have run out of ideas for that.

I'm glad I've never seen the Mrs Brown programmes. Apparently those who have, and who offer criticism of them, get 'slaughtered' on Twitter as "stuck-up, PC, do-gooder, sour-faced, humourless, metropolitan liberal elite, posh t****rs". Of course, since I've never seen Twitter either, I can't verify this.

brilliant show but the was a blast 4 miles away BOOM on the wirral
-
Yes I thought it was good fun and had a good laugh, it even made Andy Murrays mum laugh.
-
It was toe curling and embarrassing.. Will not be watching again and we like his other show.

The odd series on Netflix only for me now,
Ive cut my cord a while ago.
The documentary on turkey last Sunday. was the first thing Ive watched on terrestrial TV for months. cant even be bothered with catch up TV
I stopped because a tree grew up in front of my sky dish and stopped it working, I then cancelled because I realized after paying for years I didn't miss the bloody thing when it died.
Mrs Browns boys was dire from the bits Ive unfortunately seen.
