hi joan im thinking of setting up a slimming group here where everyone meets and gets weighed swaps diet tips.  also my other half is a counsellor so we could have a group discussion and benefit from a bit of therapy to look at the issues of why we eat  what do you think perhaps there are like minded people ?

just been to see a nutritionalist re losing weight and was advised to eat six times a day, three main meals and the other three healthy snacks,  i have to  say it  works and does not  feel  like a diet
