On saturday grandson had a party with ten of his pals from nursery at the local childrens play barn.
Last year we spent half the party trying to keep them from wandering off. This year they all played together and apart from coming to the table for some juice we didn't see any more than a flash as they rushed past.
Last year they all sat round the table and ate their snacks, not really talking to each other, this year the decibel level went up by ten as they all chatted away to each other.
What a lot of lovely polite kids until the PARTY BAGS came out. Then all you could hear was parents trying unsuccessfully to get the kids to say thank you for the invite and us trying to get Cameron to say thank you for coming. This year we are ging to work on manners!!!!!!!!
