Computer Icon query
« on: March 26, 2013, 12:35:13 PM »
Turned the laptop on and it is working fine, connected to the internet.
The query is where the signal 'steps' icon is usually sited it now has the following icon

We have Sky internet unlimited, the icon with the red X, when I place the curser over it states the account for sky and internet access, could be nothing wrong, but I have not seen this before.
Any ideas?

I think that is the direct cable connection icon (lead connected from pc into router) - I often get this if I have been connected by cable recently, it doesn't seem to want me to be distant anymore  :)
