I think you will find manu have already qualified not matter what happens tonight. Goal difference only counts if the teams have equal results in both their games. Manu beat CSK at their place and drew at home so they qualify in 1st or 2nd place.

The only way Man U can go out is if CSKA Moscow beat Man U tonight and Wolfsburg beat Besiktas, which it has to be said is unlikely.
