Hi.

Just curious and wondering if anything has progressed on the old Sim Bar/Seketer Hotel site yet? Will anything be ready by the Summer or is it all still boarded up? Thanks.

Such a shame. It was a lovely place to watch the sunset and a great location to just sit empty!
