Lets face it, not only is your maths slightly dodge, your knowledge of how restaurants operate is a bit wide of the mark - mibbe you should just give it up as a rant gone wrong...

Maybe so but I hope I made the point that it is simply not possible to get it right every single time   :)

And I don't consider it to be a rant - more an attempt to defend people who do their best to make my holiday enjoyable  :)

In my opinion the biggest single thing that many restaurants over there fail to be honest about is that the chef never came in today.
