Title: Glass corn

Took some glass corn (also known as flint corn) kernels  (seeds) over in april for one of our turkish friends to grow which he said would be more for his mum then him, below are the results, not bad eh?

Looks great doesn't it, bit tough to eat apparently more use as a decoration, hoping mine grow to maturity here in the UK  :-\

Love sweet corn but never tried this variety.  As you say, probably best for decoration if it is tough.

Here's my efforts grown in good old UK, hopefully be able to grow more in calis next year.
