My question is, do turkish banks pay interest on sterling deposits and if so approx what rate, we closed our sterling account ages ago, and I can't recall details. Part two of my query is how easy is it to transfer sterling from turkish bank to UK based starling account, I have done this before and only paid transfer fees to sending bank ,I'm just unsure if rules have changed as they so often do in turkey. Also have any members had any problems with any bank doing these transactions. Many thanks in advance.
