For those heading up the Hill on the main drag about 500 meter before the last set of traffic lights,and more or less opposite the Konya Bakery\ restaurant! Is the little dairy shop! Not a large range but so good!
Our favourite is the Suzme Yogurt! It is awsome! They say, 3kg fresh yogurt in 1k of Suzme Yogurt! Great for cheese cake making instead of cream! Mix with milk if you like it more runny but the creaminess stays!
Addicted to 4 spoons suzme, two spoons pekmez one spoon tahin ;)
The white cheese is worth a try! The one in cling film is not salty or the tub one is in brine! The butter is great too not too "tasty" and the ladies will cut the blocks to the size or weight you want. The Koy loose eggs have always been very fresh too.... Organic well that's what they say but hey whatever! :)
Just for those that maybe hadn't tried! :) :)
Not forgetting the small size frozen Manti !
