Saw the news item briefly this morning, but didn't think too much about it till a friend in work (who has a property in Spain) called by my office today, asking if we were planning to fly to Turkey for Easter. She then told me that our flights could well be affected, as the Spanish airspace would be closed to all aircraft!
Scuse my poor Geography (I'd never make a Geog teacher
) but do flights from London fly over Spanish airspace, and has anyone else heard this? I'm hoping she's talking cr*p!
(Actually, I think she's jealous as she wont have a holiday and we will - hopefully!
