Apologies if this seems a bit of a "stupid" question but if you have done check in online with easyjet do you still have to add the API, or would that automatically be done as you have checked in and they know you are on that flight.... I have been trying to add some today for someone and every time I click on the add information it takes me to book flights, thanks for any help  :)

Are you trying via a computer or iPad? I had a similar problem a few weeks ago, using the iPad but no problem when I used the laptop, just a thought  8)

I am trying via a laptop, I have realised it could possibly be because they are flights that I changed to a different date and I am sure when I originally booked them I entered the API then, the new booking still has the old ref number so maybe the computer thinks it is a new booking, I did a little experiment on flights I have booked for next year that I know I have not yet entered the API for and the option on that booking to enter the API was there, so fingers crossed it is that  :)but thank you anyway...
