We're flying with them in 2 weeks, but not too concerned. We've flown before with them  :)

That must have been extremely frustrating Paul. They should have bussed you to one hotel and let you stay there.

It was nice of them to take you on a tour of the hotels so that you could choose which one you wanted to stay in though :)
